In her PhD research, Anna explores processes of peer-group labelling in the context of corporate deviance. She will focus on responses and framings of rule-violations by employees in the financial sector and the energy market. Her qualitative PhD research aims to provide insights in the norms and values of business communities and extent the applicability of the labelling approach to the field of corporate deviance.
